  • How does Mirta Wholesale work?
    All our products are handmade in Italy by our artisanal brands in very small batches. This is how we can ensure the sustainability of production, avoiding any fashion waste, and the uniqueness of each item, which is crafted just for your store.
    Some products are ready for you, and you can find them tagged with the “Ships Immediately” label. Others will be made once you place the order. These products are labelled with the “To be crafted” icon.

  • Where are you based?
    Our office is in Milan, Italy. However, our brands work all over Italy. For each of them, you can find a detailed bio in our brands's section.

  • Where MIRTA products are manufactured?
    All our products are entirely Made in Italy, from design to manufacturing, as well as all the materials used, that are sourced in the best Italian luxury districts.
    We firmly believe that a product is Made in Italy only when all steps of the chain have been performed in Italy, from the experienced hands of Italian artisans. This is at the core of our mission, to maintain alive the authentic spirit, art and beauty of Made in Italy.

  • Are all of the products on MIRTA unique?
    Each product we sell is handmade just for your store by an Italian artisanal brand, ensuring that each piece is unique and different from all others.

  • Are products sold on MIRTA ethically and sustainably sourced?
    In order to offer high quality products, we recognise our obligation to ensure that all suppliers are operating ethically. We expect all suppliers to consistently provide an environment which protects their employees' health and safety and basic human and environmental rights. ORDERS, PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • Why is MIRTA pricing special?
    Our prices are as unique as our products.
    We commit to a fair price for our customers as well as a fair margin for our artisans.

  • Which currency can I shop in?
    As of now, you can pay in the following currencies: AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham), AUD (Australian Dollar), CAD (Canadian Dollar), DKK (Danish Krone), EUR (Euro), GBP (Pound Sterling), HKD (Hong Kong Dollars), JPY (Japanese Yen), KRW (South Korean Won), NOK(Norwegian Krone), SEK (Swedish Krona), SGD (Singapore Dollars), TWD (Taiwan Dollars), USD (US Dollars).
    Final Credit Card and PayPal debited amounts may vary based on currency fluctuations and bank commissions.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    MIRTA accepts all main payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. We also accept bank transfers. For further information, please refer to MIRTA Terms & Conditions.

  • Will my personal details stay safe?
    We keep your personal data private and confidential and only give it out with your consent or if legally permitted to. For further details, please refer to MIRTA Privacy Policy.

  • How can I see wholesale prices?
    All you need is to create an account. We will briefly check your data and as soon as you receive the account activation e-mail, you will be able to login and check wholesale prices.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • Where do you ship?
    We ship worldwide (excluding South Korea) with various global courier partners. 

  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping is free
    worldwide for orders over €2,000. Shipping cost below €2,000 varies by geographical area and will be charged at checkout.

  • Are duties included in the price?
    Custom duties are not included
     in the price shown on the website. If you want Mirta Wholesale to manage duties for you, we will add duties after the check out. If you are an EU retailer with a registered VIES number, you won't pay any VAT taxes.

  • How long does it take to ship my product?
    Once the product is ready, we provide Express shipping (1-2 days) with our courier partners. We are aware that you cannot wait to receive our exclusive pieces, for this reason we built the fastest delivery process.
    Remember that some products are ready for you, and you can find them tagged with the “Ships Immediately” label. Others will be made once you place the order. These products are labelled with the “To be crafted” icon. In this case, be patience and read the production time for each piece. It will be worth the wait!

  • How can I change my shipping details after placing my order?
    You can change your shipping details at any time by sending an email at wholesale@mirta.com.

  • What is your return policy?
    MIRTA Wholesale offer free returns up to 90 days after delivery; if a product does not meet your initial expectations or did not sell well in your store, we will take care of the return and refund, if the return is requested within 90 days after delivery.
    In the case of damaged goods (e.g., scratched, stained, broken hardware) MIRTA Wholesale will cover all costs related to return shipping and send you a replacement. Please note that to qualify for this, we will need to receive the damaged goods within a maximum of 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Can l change / cancel my order?
    We are often unable to make changes after an order has been placed. In some cases, however, there might be an opportunity for us to accommodate your request. Please contact us at wholesale@mirta.com and our team will see what we can do!
